Operators relied on multiple disjointed tools for setup, control, and data visualisation, creating inefficiency, cognitive overload, and inconsistency across workflows.
Solution

Solution
I consolidated components into a unified Figma library with tokens, variants, and scalable structure. This streamlined design workflows, cut duplicate components by 40%, improved prototyping speed by 30%, and reduced developer handoff errors.
